不同规格容器对油桐幼苗生长及光合特性的影响 被引量:12

Effects of different size containers on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of tung tree seedlings

摘要 为了筛选出适宜油桐幼苗生长的育苗容器规格,为油桐盆栽试验的开展提供理论依据,为油桐育苗、造林速度及造林质量的提高提供理论参考依据。选取1年生油桐幼苗作为试验材料,采用盆栽试验的方法,研究不同规格的育苗容器对油桐幼苗生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明,随着容器规格的降低,油桐幼苗的株高、地径、叶绿素a含量(Chl a)、叶绿素b含量(Chl b)、叶绿素总量(Chl a+b)、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔限制值(Ls)、最大净光合速率(Pnmax)和光饱和点(LSP)逐步下降,差异显著(P<0.05),胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、光补偿点(LCP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)逐渐升高,差异显著(P<0.05),而叶绿素a/b(Chl a/b)变化不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,大规格容器利于油桐幼苗的生长,在油桐栽培试验中,可选择规格Ⅰ及以上规格的容器,但在容器育苗中,选择规格Ⅱ的容器,既能保证苗木质量,还有利于控制育苗成本。 In order to screen out the suitable container size for the growth of Tung tree seedlings,provide a theoretical basis for the execute of Tung tree seedling test,and provide a reference for the speed and quality of tung tree seedling cultivation.The annual tung tree seedlings were selected as test materials,and the effects of different containers sizes on the growth and photosynthetic of tung tree seedlings were studied by pot experiment.The results showed that with the decrease of container size,plant height,ground diameter,chlorophyll a content(Chl a),chlorophyll b content(Chl b),tatal chlorophyll content(Chl a+b),net photosynthetic rate(Pn),and stomatal conductivity(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal limit value(Ls),maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax)and light saturation point(LSP)decreased gradually,the difference was significant(P<0.05),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci),light compensation point(LCP)and dark respiration rate(Rd)gradually increased,the difference was significant(P<0.05),while the chlorophyll a/b(Chl a/b)did not change significantly(P>0.05).Studies have shown that large-size containers are conducive to the growth of tung seedlings.In tung tree cultivation experiment,containers size I and above can be selected.However,in seedlings cultivation by containers,the selection of containers size II is beneficial to reduce costs and ensure seedlings quality.
