《文心雕龙》书名、性质辨

The Justification of the Title and Nature of WenXin DiaoLong

《文心雕龙》书名中的文心与雕龙是并列关系,文心指为文之用心,雕龙指语言之雕琢修饰,二者合起来概括了《文心雕龙》论述的主要内容。书名中的雕龙与雕龙奭的典故是一种负相关的关系。一些学者认为《文心雕龙》是一部子书的观点不能成立。一些古代目录学著作的著录、与诸子创作动机的相同、成一家之言等都不是判断《文心雕龙》为子书的充要条件。严格说来,《文心雕龙》是一部能够成一家之言、具有体大虑周特征的“论文”之作。

“WenXin”and“DiaoLong”in the title of WenXin DiaoLong is a parallel relationship,“WenXin”means the psychological activities of literary creation,“DiaoLong”refers to the modification of language,together to summarize the main content of WenXin DiaoLong.The relationship between“DiaoLong”in the title and the allusion of“DiaoLong”is a negative correlation.The view that some scholars argue that WenXin DiaoLong is a Zi book can not be established.The descriptions of some ancient bibliographic works,the same as the motives of the creation of the Zhuzi,unique opinion,and the better grasp of the WenXin DiaoLong are not the necessary and sufficient conditions for judging WenXin DiaoLong as a Zi book.Strictly speaking,WenXin DiaoLong is a book about the theory of literary creation,which has unique opinion and complete system with wide range and strong logic.
