多种市场下虚拟电厂电-热-气协调优化调度 被引量:21

Coordinated Optimal Dispatching of Power-heat-gas for Virtual Power Plant Participating in Multiple Markets

摘要 为了更好地实现综合能源网络中能源间互补协调,提升能源利用效率,在聚合风电、光伏、微型燃气轮机、燃气锅炉、储能、电负荷及热负荷等组成虚拟电厂的基础上,增加了电转气单元,从而加强了电、热、气能源间的联络。基于此,本文提出一种参与多种市场的虚拟电厂的电-热-气协调优化调度模型。电负荷中考虑了可中断负荷,可中断负荷和微型燃气轮机提供旋转备用服务。将虚拟电厂从仅参与主电力市场扩展到由电力市场、热市场、旋转备用市场及天然气市场组成的多种市场,以虚拟电厂获得净利润最大为目标。算例仿真表明,虚拟电厂参与多种市场可以实现不同类型聚合单元的电热气协调优化,比单一市场具有更优的经济性、调度运行灵活性。 To better realize the complementary coordination of energy in the integrated energy network and improve the energy utilization efficiency,based on a virtual power plant(VPP)which aggregates wind power,photovoltaic(PV),micro turbine(MT),gas boiler,energy storage,electrical load and heat load,a power to gas(P2 G)unit is added,thus strengthening the connections between power,heat and gas. On this basis,an coordinated optimal dispatching model of power-heat-gas is proposed for the VPP participating in multiple markets. The electrical load takes into account interruptible load,which provides spinning reserve services with MT;meanwhile,the VPP is extended from participating only in the main power market to participating in multiple markets consisting of power market,heat market,spinning reserve market and natural gas market,with the goal of maximizing the net profit from the VPP. The simulations of an example show that the VPP participating in multiple markets can realize the coordinated optimization of power,heat,and gas among different types of aggregation units,which has a better economical efficiency and flexibility in dispatching operations than that participating in one single market.
