摘要
针对边际网损系数法在实际网损分摊中未考虑配电网结构的不对称性及三相负荷不平衡对分摊结果的影响,难以保证分摊结果对各节点不同相上所连用户公平性的问题,提出一种基于三相边际网损系数的有功损耗分摊及三相分解方法。首先在灵敏度分析和三相牛顿法潮流计算的基础上,利用潮流解和转置雅克比矩阵求得配电网各节点的三相边际网损系数,再结合负荷参数得出各节点三相有功网损分摊量。最后利用IEEE33节点算例,对比平衡及不平衡条件下各节点的网损分摊结果,再以无源配电网络各节点的三相边际网损系数作为接入分布式电源的经济性判据,将所提方法与Z-Bus法进行对比,验证了所提方法的可行性及其在指导分布式电源选址上的有效性。
In the actual loss allocation,due to the neglect of asymmetric distribution network structure and the impact of unbalanced three-phase load on the allocation results,the marginal loss coefficient(MLC)method is difficult to guarantee the fairness of loss allocation results in different phases at each node. To solve this problem,an active loss allocation and three-phase decomposition method is presented on the basis of three-phase MLC. First,based on the sensitivity analysis and three-phase Newton-Raphson power flow calculation,the three-phase MLC of each node in the distribution network are obtained using power flow solutions and transposed Jacobian matrix. Then,the allocated three-phase active losses are calculated by combining load parameters. Finally,an IEEE 33-node system is used as a numerical example,and the loss allocation results of each node under balanced and unbalanced conditions are compared;in addition,the three-phase MLC of each node in the passive distribution network is taken as an economic criterion for the access of distributed generations(DGs). The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method in guiding the location of DGs are validated in comparison with the Z-Bus loss allocation method.
