新疆南疆地区生态文明建设面临的现实困局及其破解途径探寻

The Realistic Dilemma of Ecological Civilization Construction in Southern Xinjiang and Its Solving Ways

党的十九大报告指出:要加快生态文明体制改革,建设美丽中国.新疆南疆地区由于自然和人为的因素,生态环境极其脆弱,生态安全形势十分严峻.因此,本文全面分析新疆南疆地区生态文明建设面临的现实困局,指出必须以习近平生态文明思想为根本指引,推进可持续绿色发展,着力解决现实突出生态环境问题,加大对生态系统的支持保护力度,改善生态监管机制建设,实现南疆生态文明长足进步发展,同时对其他少数民族地区生态文明建设具有重要意义.

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that we should speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China.Because of natural and man-made factors,the ecological environment in southern Xinjiang is extremely fragile and the situation of ecological security is very serious.Therefore,in order to comprehensively analyze the practical dilemma faced by the construction of ecological civilization in southern Xinjiang,we must take Xi Jinping s ecological civilization thought as the fundamental guide,to promote sustainable green development,focus on solving the realistic outstanding ecological environment problems,strengthen the support and protection of the ecosystem,improve the construction of ecological supervision mechanism,and realize the considerable progress and development of ecological civilization in southern Xinjiang,which is of great significance for the construction of ecological civilization in other minority areas.
