Study on the Composition of Polyphenol Extracts from Pear Peel

摘要 采用薄层层析法与紫外扫描法,对梨皮提取物中酚类物质进行分离与鉴定.实验分别考察了10种展开剂、2种显色方法以及3种显色剂对梨皮提取物分离效果的影响;结合紫外光谱扫描法确定了梨皮提取物中的多酚组成,并计算了各组分的含量.结果表明:分离梨皮提取物的最佳展开剂正丁醇、乙酸、水之间的比值(体积比)为4∶1.5∶5;最佳显色剂为5%AlCl3,在365 nm下显色;梨皮提取物中主要含有绿原酸、原花青素,原花青素和绿原酸含量分别为16.97 mg/g、3.53 mg/g. Phenols in Pear peel extracts were separated and identified by TLC and UV scanning.The effects of 10 developing agents,2 developing methods and 3 developing agents on the separation of pear peel extracts were investigated.The polyphenols in Pear peel extracts were determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy and the contents of each component were calculated.The results showed that the ratio of n-butanol,acetic acid and water was 4∶1.5∶5;the optimum color developer was 5%AlCl 3 at 365 nm;chlorogenic acid and proanthocyanidins were mainly contained in Pear peel extract,and the contents of proanthocyanidins and chlorogenic acid were 16.97 mg/g and 3.53 mg/g,respectively.
