新时代中国特色干部选拔任用工作的探索及创新

The Exploration and Innovation in the Cadre Selection and Appointment Work with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚持问题导向,对新时代干部选拔任用工作提出了新要求,构建了干部选拔任用工作的新体系,建立了科学精准选拔任用干部的新机制,实现了干部选拔任用工作与时俱进、不断创新。新时代党的组织路线已经确立,干部选拔任用的基本制度法规已经制定,干部选拔任用各项工作已经规范,各级党组织要以新的气象新的气魄,贯彻落实新时代党的组织路线,探索全面做好干部选拔任用工作的新举措。一要坚持以习近平总书记关于干部工作的重要论述为指导;二要把“突出政治标准”贯穿干部选拔任用工作始终;三要以踏石留印的精神抓好干部选拔任用工作制度的落实;四要切实改进和加强对新时代干部选拔任用工作的领导;五要不懈探索和化解干部选拔任用工作中的新矛盾新问题。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,persisting in the problem orientation,has brought forward new requirements for the cadre selection and appointment work of the new era,built up a new system of cadre selection and appointment work,established a new mechanism for scientifically and accurately selecting and appointing cadres,and kept the progressiveness and innovation of the cadre selection and appointment work.The Party’s organizational line of the new era has been established,the basic institutions and regulations on cadre selection and appointment have been formulated,and the procedure of cadre selection and appointment has been normalized.The party organizations of all levels should,with a new look and a new spirit,carry through the Party’s organizational line of the new era,and explore in the new measures for doing well the cadre selection and appointment work.Firstly,we must stick to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourses on the cadre work as the guide;secondly,we must emphasize the “political standard” through out the cadre selection and appointment work;thirdly,we must carry through the working system of cadre selection and appointment with the spirit of stepping stones for print;fourthly,we must concretely improve and strengthen the leadership of the cadre selection and appointment work in the new era;and fifthly,we must explore in the cadre selection and appointment work unremittingly and solve the new contradictions and new problems therein.
