尿路上皮癌胚抗原1与肿瘤发生发展及耐药关系的研究进展

Research progress of the relationship of urothelial carcinoma antigen 1 in tumor development and drug resistance

尿路上皮癌胚抗原1(UCA1)是最早在膀胱癌中发现的一个重要的长非编码RNA分子,表现为原癌基因的功能,在多种肿瘤中高表达。近些年的研究表明,UCA1不仅参与肿瘤的增殖、转移,还引起肿瘤细胞耐药,导致肿瘤恶性进展,患者预后极差。本文就UCA1与肿瘤发生发展及耐药的关系做一综述。
