基于中医传承辅助系统分析含柴胡中成药用药规律

Prescription rules of Chinese patent medicines containing Bupleuri Radix analyzed by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system

目的分析中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准《中药成方制剂》含柴胡方剂的组方规律,为新药开发和临床运用提供参考。方法于2018年6—12月运用中医传承辅助系统(TCMISS),对中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准《中药成方制剂》含柴胡方剂构建数据库,采用频次统计、关联规则等数据挖掘方法,对疾病证候、常用药物配伍规律及组方特点进行分析,并对高频疾病进行深度分析。结果含柴胡方剂共237首,涉及中药546味,常用药对组合27个,主治疾病有14种,对4种高频疾病“感冒”“胁痛”“月经失调”“眩晕”进行分析。含柴胡方剂治疗感冒的59首方剂中,频率较高的药物组合(支持度≥40%)为疏散风寒药物羌活,祛风药物防风,宣畅气机药物桔梗,清热药物黄芩,调和药物甘草。含柴胡方剂治疗胁痛的45首方剂中,频率较高的药物组合(支持度≥30%)是逍遥散加减。含柴胡治疗月经失调的方剂有32首,频率较高的药物组合(支持度≥40%)为丹栀逍遥散加川芎、香附。含柴胡方剂治疗眩晕的22首方剂中,频率较高的药物组合(支持度≥40%)为逍遥散清热的黄芩。结论中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准《中药成方制剂》中含柴胡方剂多具有解表、理气、疏肝之作用,功效集中,组方清晰;用药规律反映了柴胡治疗不同疾病时的配伍特点,为柴胡方剂的功效及临床合理开具处方提供了依据。

Objective To analyze the prescription rules of formulae containing Bupleuri Radix in Pharmaceutical Standard of Minis?try of Public Health of the People’s Republic of China?Chinese Patent Drug(Hereinafter referred to as Chinese Patent Drug),and to provide reference for new drug research and development and clinical application.Methods Based on Traditional Chinese Medi?cine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),formulae containing Bupleuri Radix in Chinese Patent Drug were selected and collect?ed to build the database from June to December 2018.Frequency count,association rules and other data mining methods were used to analyze syndromes,compatibility rules and prescription characteristics,and relevant in?depth analysis was made for high?frequen?cy diseases.Results There were a total of 237 prescriptions containing Bupleuri Radix,involving 546 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,27 commonly used medicine pairs,mainly for treating 14 diseases.Four kinds of high?frequency diseases such as cold,hypochondriac pain,menstrual disorder and vertigo were analyzed.Among 59 formulae containing Bupleuri Radix to treat a cold,the highly frequent drug combination(degree of support≥40%)consisted of Notopterygium incisum for dispelling cold,Radix sileris for dispelling wind,Platycodon root for expelling and clearing,Radix scutellariae for expelling heat,and Liquiritiae radix for reconcil?ing.Among 45 formulae containing Bupleuri Radix to treat hypochondriac pain,the highly frequent drug combination(degree of sup?port≥30%)was Xiaoyao Powder added or subtracted formula.Among 32 formulae containing Bupleuri Radix to treat menstrual disor?der,the highly frequent drug combination(degree of support≥40%)consisted of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder together with Chuanxiong Mixture and Rhizoma Cyperi.Among 22 formulae containing Bupleuri Radix to treat vertigo,the highly frequent drug combination(degree of support≥40%)consisted of Xiaoyao Powder and Radix scutellariae.Conclusions Prescriptions containing Bupleuri Radix in Chinese Patent Drug mainly concentrate on relieving exterior syndromes,Qi?regulating,and soothing liver.Its effect is concentrated and the prescriptions are clear.The medication rules reflect the compatibility characteristics of Bupleuri Radix in treating different diseases,which provide the basis on summarizing the Bupleuri Radix efficacy and designing the rational and clinical prescriptions.
