冠心舒通胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Guanxin Shutong Capsule Combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets in Treatment of Patients with Angina Pectoris Induced by Coronary Artery Disease

目的探讨冠心舒通胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将2016年12月—2018年12月治疗的128例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床病例资料进行回顾性整理分析,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组60例和观察组68例。对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合冠心舒通胶囊治疗,均治疗4周。治疗结束后记录并比较2组的临床疗效、心电图疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率和心电图总有效率均显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在治疗过程中及治疗后的不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效更为显著,且具有一定的安全性。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of Guanxin Shutong Capsule combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets in treatment of patients with angina pectoris induced by coronary artery disease.Methods Clinical data of 128 patients with angina pectoris induced by coronary heart disease admitted during December 2016 and December 2018 was retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=68)according to different therapeutic schemes.Control group was treated with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets,while observation group was added with Guanxin Shutong Capsule on the basis of treatment for control group,and both two groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,clinical efficacy,electrocardiogram efficacy and incidence rate of adverse reactions were recorded and compared in two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and electrocardiogram total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the total incidence rates of adverse reactions during and after treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guanxin Shutong Capsule combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets in treatment of patients with angina pectoris induced by coronary heart disease may achieve better clinical efficacy with a certain safety.
