摘要 解决物流行业高碳排放问题,促进物流企业低碳运作,关键在于建立有效的碳排放监督管理体系,提升物流信息流通效率。文章在分析物流企业碳排放监管参与主体行为的基础上,为了保证低碳排放监管,文章探讨了政府部门和物流企业、物流企业与消费者的互动关系,从这关系中,找出影响政府部门和消费者参与物流企业碳排放监管的因素。这样就能建立物流企业碳排放监管体系,需要打造监管体系内部信息共享平台,出台专门化法律法规,完善低碳物流指标评价体系。 To alleviate the problem of high carbon emissions in the logistics industry and promote the low carbon operation of logistics enterprises,the key is to establish an effective carbon emission supervision and management system and improve the efficiency of logistics information circulation.Based on the analysis of the behaviors of the carbon emission supervision participants of logistics enterprises,this paper constructs an interactive game model between government departments and logistics enterprises,logistics enterprises and consumers,and finds out the factors affecting the government departments and consumers participating in the carbon emission supervision of logistics enterprises.To establish a carbon emission supervision system for logistics enterprises,it is necessary to build an internal information sharing platform for the supervision system,introduce special laws and regulations,and improve the evaluation system for low-carbon logistics indicators.
