摘要
研究出新式机械液压系统油液污染控制方法,根据机械液压系统油液污染物,将油液污染物按照自然界基本三种物理状态以及经物化生反应产生能量而存在的状态进行分类,总结出污染物类型主要有气体污染物、固体污染物、液体污染物和物化生污染物,同时对机械液压系统油液污染控制进行分析。为检测复杂地质中机械液压系统油污控制效果,与传统机械液压系统油污控制进行实验对比,研究的新式检测法,在测量到磨损程度的条件下,进而对其进行阻截,不但精度高,还可以有效的控制物化生污染物的侵入。
A new control method of oil pollution in mechanical hydraulic system is studied.According to the oil pollutants in mechanical hydraulic system,the oil pollutants are classified base on the basic three physical states of nature and the existing states of energy produced by physicochemical reaction.It is concluded that the main types of pollutants are gas pollutants,solid pollutants,liquid pollutants and chemical pollutants.At the same time,the oil pollution control of mechanical hydraulic system is analyzed.In order to detect the oil pollution control effect of mechanical and hydraulic system in complex geology,the traditional machine is used to detect the oil pollution control effect of mechanical and hydraulic system in complex geology.The experimental comparison of oil pollution control in mechanical hydraulic system is carried out.Under the condition of measuring the wear degree,the new detection method can not only have high precision,but also effectively control the invasion of chemical pollutants.
