摘要
利用拉格朗日定理建立扬尘运动方程,计算运动变量的迭代得到扬尘颗粒轨道,实现机电安装施工现场扬尘运动模型的建立。利用建立好的扬尘颗粒相的运动模型,设置风速作用下的剪切风速流,模拟出机电安装施工扬尘能量走势;在扬尘颗粒相运动模型的三维坐标系上建立了施工区域的3D框架图,在此区域的纵切面对扬尘颗粒数量绘制分布图,完成扬尘量的模拟。最后与传统方法进行仿真对比试验,实验结果表明,设计的方法施工场地与传统方法相比,扬尘量减少了0.05 mg/m^3,扬尘影响半径减少了150 m,验证了设计的模拟方法在抑尘方面的有效性。
By using Lagrange s theorem,the dust motion equation is established,and the dust particle trajectory is obtained by iterative calculation of motion variables.Using the established motion model of dust particle phase,the shear wind velocity flow under the action of wind speed is set to simulate the dust energy trend in electromechanical installation construction.A 3D frame diagram of the construction area was established on the three-dimensional coordinate system of the phase motion model of dust particles,and the distribution diagram of the number of dust particles was drawn on the longitudinal section of this area to complete the simulation of the amount of dust.Finally,a simulation comparison test is conducted with the traditional method.The experimental results show that,compared with the traditional method,the dust volume of the construction site of the designed method reduces by 0.05 mg/m cubed and the influence radius of dust reduces by 150 m,which verifies the effectiveness of the simulation method designed in this paper in dust suppression.
