海洋沉积物中拮抗菌的筛选及发酵特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用打孔注射法从海洋沉积物中筛选出对水产动物常见病原菌有较强拮抗作用的菌株,并进一步研究拮抗菌的发酵特性和抗生素敏感性。结果表明:从511株海洋沉积物菌株中筛选出63株能明显抑制病原菌的菌株,其中,菌株ZDB4对副溶血弧菌的拮抗作用较显著,初步鉴定为Glutamicibacter arilaitensis Re117;菌株H77对金黄色葡萄球菌的拮抗作用较显著,初步鉴定为Bacillus vallismortis;菌株3hcxs9对鲍曼不动杆菌的拮抗作用较显著,初步鉴定为Bacillus flexus;菌株P85对哈维氏弧菌的拮抗作用较显著,初步鉴定为Staphylococcus arlettae。拮抗菌的发酵特性实验显示,菌株3Ha23的高温耐受性较好,初步鉴定为Bacillus zhangzhouensis;菌株P89的酸度耐受性较好,初步鉴定为Bacillus zhangzhouensis。药敏性实验显示,菌株X6对常用抗生素的耐药性较好,对所选22种抗生素中的15种耐药,初步鉴定为Bacillus toyonensis。该研究为微生物制剂在水产养殖中的应用提供了参考。 We screened the strain which exhibited high inhibitory effects against the common pathogens of aquatic animals from marine sediments by perforating injection,and further studied the fermentation characteristics and antibiotic susceptibility of antagonistic bacteria.The results show that 63 strains which can inhibit the common pathogens are obtained by screening 511 strains from marine sediments.Among them,strain ZDB4,identified as Glutamicibacter arilaitensis Re117,has high inhibitory effect against Vibrio parahaemolyticus;strain H77,identified as Bacillus vallismortis,has high inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus;strain 3hcxs9,identified as Bacillus flexus,has high inhibitory effect against Acinetobacter baumannii;and strain P85,identified as Staphylococcus arlettae,has high inhibitory effect against Vibrio harveyi.Moreover,the fermentation characteristics experiment of the antagonistic bacteria indicates that,strain 3Ha23 has good tolerance to high temperature,strain P89 has good tolerance to high acidity,and both strains are identified as Bacillus zhangzhouensis.Furthermore,the susceptibility experiment indicates that strain X6,identified as Bacillus toyonensis,has good resistance to common antibiotics,which is resistant to 15 antibiotics in 22 selected antibiotics.The study provides a reference for the application of microbial preparations in aquaculture.
