摘要
研究了SE、BG11、BG11-N、BBM 4种培养基对小球藻Chlorella sp.KM-201305的生长、油脂积累的影响。结果发现,BG11-N培养基更有利于小球藻的快速生长,SE培养基更有利于小球藻对油脂的积累。培养10 d后,Chlorella sp.KM-201305在SE、BG11、BG11-N、BBM 4种培养基中的生物量分别为0.542 g·L^-1、0.641 g·L^-1、0.701 g·L^-1和0.534 g·L^-1,BG11-N培养基中小球藻生物量最高;Chlorella sp.KM-201305在SE、BG11、BG11-N、BBM 4种培养基中的油脂含量分别为26.73%、24.97%、24.04%、25.44%,SE培养基中小球藻的油脂含量最高。不同的培养基对小球藻Chlorella sp.KM-201305的生长及产油都有显著影响,利于小球藻产油的条件会抑制小球藻的生长。
We investigated the effects of four kinds of media(namely,SE,BG11,BG11-N,and BBM)on the growth and lipid accumulation of Chlorella sp.KM-201305.The results show that BG11-N medium is more suitable for rapid growth,while SE medium is more suitable for lipid accumulation.After being cultured for 10 d,the dry cell biomass of Chlorella sp.KM-201305 in SE,BG11,BG11-N,and BBM media are 0.542 g·L^-1,0.641 g·L^-1,0.701 g·L^-1,and 0.534 g·L^-1,respectively,and the dry cell biomass of Chlorella sp.KM-21305 in BG11-N medium is the highest.While the lipid content of Chlorella sp.KM-201305 in SE,BG11,BG11-N,and BBM media are 26.73%,24.97%,24.04%,and 25.44%,respectively,and the lipid content Chlorella sp.KM-21305 in SE medium is the highest.Different media have significant effects on the growth and lipid production of Chlorella sp.KM-201305,and the culture condition benefits the increase of lipid content but inhibits the growth of Chlorella.
