阿莫西林辅助强的松治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎对患者炎性因子水平及免疫功能水平的影响

The effects of prednisone with amoxicillin assistant treatment on inflammatory factors and immune function of patients with non-lactation mastitis

目的探讨阿莫西林辅助强的松治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎对患者炎性因子水平及免疫功能水平影响。方法选取2013年9月至2018年7月收治的非哺乳期乳腺炎患者86例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(强的松治疗)和观察组(阿莫西林片辅助强的松治疗),分析2组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组患者总有效率为93.02%,对照组总有效率为76.74%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前炎性因子(IL-6、IL-2、IL-4)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-4(IL-4)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前T淋巴细胞(CD^+4、CD^+8、CD^+4/CD^+8)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后CD^+8水平低于对照组,CD^+4水平、CD^+4/CD^+8水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应率、复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林辅助强的松治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎疗效显著,可降低患者炎性因子水平,提高患者免疫功能,安全性高,复发率低。

Objective To investigate effects of prednisone with amoxicillin assistant treatment on inflammatory factors and immune function of patients with non-lactation mastitis.Methods A total of 86 women patients with non-lactation mastitis who were treated in our hospital from September 2013 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to different treatment methods,these patients were divided into control group(prednisone treatment)and observation group(prednisone with amoxicillin assistant treatment).The clinical curative effects were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 93.02%,which was 76.74%in control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment there were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors including IL-6,IL-2,IL-4 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the levels of IL-6,IL-2 and IL-4 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment there were no significant differences in the levels of CD^+4,CD^+8,CD^+4/CD^+8 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the levels of CD^+8 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the levels of CD^+4,CD^+4/CD^+8 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the adverse reaction rate(6.98%)and recurrence rate(4.65%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of prednisone with amoxicillin assistant treatment on non-lactation mastitis are significant,which can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve the immune function of patients,with higher safety and lower recurrence rate.
