摘要
针对ISO 1328-1:2013中齿距偏差定义及评定方法与前一版本差异较大的问题,对ISO 1328-1:2013中的齿距偏差定义及评定方法进行了深入研究,对其进行了细化分析和计算。给出了符合ISO1328-1:2013的齿距偏差评定流程,开发了齿距偏差评定软件。用齿轮测量中心获取的齿廓测量数据,在开发的软件里进行了齿距偏差评定,并进行了ISO 1328-1两个版本(2013版和1995版)的齿距偏差评定结果的对比。给出的齿轮齿距偏差评定方法及软件可为ISO 1328-1:2013的应用提供参考。
Gear accuracy standard is an important basic standard in machinery and instrumentation industry.ISO 1328-1 is one of the important accuracy standards for cylindrical gears.The definition,measuring position,error evaluation and tolerance calculation of the basic elements of single deviation of gears are described in detail.The evaluation method and software development of pitch deviation based on ISO 1328-1:2013 are mainly studied.
