摘要
光纤定位单元的夹持机构在运行过程中可能出现相互碰撞现象,造成光纤单元定位失败及结构损坏。为此提出了一种从软件控制上规避单元之间相互碰撞的算法。该算法根据碰撞现象的特点,利用分而治之思想把碰撞现象进行碰撞类型划分。通过单元碰撞属性标签化方法生成碰撞标签。碰撞的单元根据碰撞类型和碰撞标签处理碰撞,从而规避碰撞,顺利运行至目标位置。软件仿真实验表明,提出的算法在保证单元规避碰撞的同时,也能够连续运行。
The clamping mechanism of optical fiber positioning unit may collide with each other during operation,resulting in the failure of positioning and structural damage of the fiber positioning unit.To address this problem,an algorithm is proposed to avoid collision between units in software control.According to the characteristics of collision phenomena,the algorithm divides collision phenomena into different types of collision by the concept of divide-and-conquer.The collision tag is generated by tagging the collision attribute of the unit.According to the type of collision and the collision tag,the collision unit can avoid collision and run smoothly to the target position.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can not only avoid collision,but also run continuously.
