摘要
延迟焦化装置放空塔污油主要由焦炭塔预热甩油和焦炭塔大吹汽携带的大量油气组成,通过放空塔底泵将塔内污油作为焦炭塔急冷油实现回炼。由于放空塔底温度控制较低,焦炭塔急冷油用量较少,每天外送大量污油至罐区,焦炭塔预热和大吹汽时易造成放空塔底泵抽空,通过对放空塔底加热器的技术改进,及时地解决了一系列问题,并实现了装置污油的全部回炼,降低了装置生产的能耗,提高了装置的操作平稳率。
The sump oil generated from the blowout tower of delayed coking unit was mainly composed of the oil shed from coke tower when pretreated and the vast oil-gas mixture carried by the large steam blowing.The waste oil was then used as quench oil through the bottom pump of vent tower to realize its recovering.However,there still existing some problems to be solved.There was a lower dosage of quench oil due to the low temperature required for the bottom of vent tower,thus causing plenty of waste oil should be transported to tank farm.Besides,the pretreating of coke tower and the blow of gas flow would conduce to the evacuation of the bottom pump.In this work,the technology concerning the heater located in the bottom of vent tower was improved to solve above problems,and the completed recovering of waste oil generated was realized,thus decreasing the energy consumption of unit production and enhancing the stationarity of operation.
