关于催化裂化装置颗粒物在线监测仪的探索实践

Exploration and Practice of On-line Particulate Matter Monitor in FCC

对催化裂化装置WGS湿法烟气脱硫出口颗粒物在线监测仪运行中出现的问题进行了分析,通过重新选型后的探索实践得出催化裂化装置湿法烟气脱硫出口颗粒物在线监测仪应优先选用抽取法散射型监测方法的结论,同时根据影响运行因素的分析对催化裂化装置湿法烟气脱硫装置颗粒物在线监测仪日常运行和维护给出了具体建议。

The problems of on-line particulate matter monitor in WGS wet flue gas desulfurization unit of FCC were analyzed.Based on the exploration and practice of re-selection,The conclusion that the on-line monitoring instrument for particulate matter at the outlet of wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)should give priority to the scattering monitoring method of extraction method is given.At the same time,according to the analysis of operation factors,specific suggestions are given for the daily operation and maintenance of the on-line monitoring instrument for particulate matter in the wet flue gas desulfurization unit of FCC.
