化疗患者参与照护与自我管理效能的相关性研究

Correlation study between patient participation in care and self-management efficacy during chemotherapy

目的描述化疗患者参与治疗、护理和自我管理效能的现状;分析化疗患者参与照护和自我管理效能的相关性。方法采用基本资料调查问卷、患者参与照护的观点及行为量表和癌症患者自我管理效能感量表,以方便抽样的方法对于2017年8-10月,我院收治的106例住院化疗患者进行调查。结果化疗患者参与治疗照护的总分为(80.13±10.13)分,患者参与的重视程度维度的条目均分为(3.67±0.42)分,高于其它参与行为的维度条目均分;患者自我效能感的总分为(103.82±25.89)分,处于高等和中等水平的分别占35.6%和62.4%;患者参与照护和自我管理效能呈正相关(r=0.212,P<0.05)。结论化疗患者对自我参与照护的态度积极,且高于参与的实际行为;化疗患者的自我管理效能感处于中等偏高水平;化疗患者对参与照护越重视且实际参与越多,其自我管理效能越高,反之亦然。建议医护人员要有针对性地引导患者参与,满足患者的合理需要,向患者提供更多的参与治疗和护理的机会,提高患者在治疗期间自我管理的信心。

Objective To describe the current situation of the efficacy of participation in treatment, nursing and self-management of patients with chemotherapy, and analyze the correlation between the efficacy of participation in care and self-management of patients with chemotherapy. Methods 106 patients during chemotherapy were recruited by convenient sampling. The tools including basic information questionnaire, views and behavior about patient involvement in care and strategies used by people to promote health were used in the survey. Results The overall score of patients,participation in treatment and nursing care was(80.13±10.13)and the score of patients,self-management efficacy was(103.82±25.89). About 35.6% of patients were at high level, and 62.4% of people were at middle level. There was significant correlation between the score of patients,participation in treatment and nursing care and the score of patients,self-management efficacy(r=0.212,P<0.05). Conclusions Patients during chemotherapy have a positive attitude towards participation in treatment and nursing care than actual behavior. Their self-management efficacy is at a medium high level. The more chemotherapy patients, attention and actual participation in treatment and nursing care is, the higher their self-management efficiency is. It is suggested that clinical health care providers should motivate patient participation in a personalized manner, satisfy the reasonable needs of patients, provide more opportunities for patients to participate in treatment and nursing care, and improve patients, confidence in self-management during treatment.
