邢台市百泉泉域地下水超采综合治理成效

From the comprehensive treatment effect of groundwater over-exploitation in Baiquan spring area of Xingtai City

20世纪80年代后期邢台市百泉泉域随着工业、农业、采矿业等产业规模不断扩大,地下岩溶水开采量逐年增加,地下水位迅速下降,导致出现短期断流现象,且断流持续时间不断增加。本文深入分析了百泉的历史演变过程及其断流的主要原因,介绍了邢台市水资源管理部门实施严格的地下水超采综合治理对策与措施后百泉全域复涌的经验。其治理经验可供其他地区解决水域断流问题提供参考借鉴。

In the late 1980s,Baiquan spring area in Xingtai City expanded continuously along with the scale of industry,agriculture,mining and other industries,and the production of underground karst water increased year by year.The underground water level dropped rapidly,resulting in a short-term cutoff phenomenon,and the cutoff duration increased continuously.This paper deeply analyzes the historical evolution process of Baiquan and the main reasons for its interruption,and introduces the experience of the water resources management department of Xingtai City in re-flooding the whole area of Baiquan after implementing strict comprehensive countermeasures and measures for groundwater over-exploitation.The experience of its management measures can provide reference for other regions to solve the problem of water cut-off.
