摘要
基于人本主义重视个体自我实现理想的理念,大学英语教学理应以满足学生未来发展需求为导向,解决学生个性化英语综合应用能力培养问题。本文探讨回归学生本位,实施专业自然班的大学英语“按需规划、差异施教”层级教学模式,分层设置教学内容、分级评价分类管理,尝试性地解决大学英语教学与社会人才需求脱节的突出问题。
Based on the humanistic concept of attaching importance to individual self-realization,college English teaching should be oriented to meet students’future development needs and solve the problem of cultivating students’personalized overall English application ability.This paper attempts to solve the problem of disconnection between college English teaching and social demand for talents by returning to the students-orientation and implementing the hierarchical teaching mode of“planning and teaching differently according to needs”in college English teaching of professional division classes,setting teaching contents on different levels,grading evaluation and management.It intends to solve the serious problem of disconnection between college English teaching and social demand for talents.
