教师权威新探

New Exploration of Teachers’ Authority

摘要 教师权威可分为理性权威和支架权威,理性权威具有平等性和暂时性,支架权威具有强制性和暂时性。支架权威可分显、隐两种,每种均可转化为理性权威。通常所谓教师的“架子”被扬弃,其暂时性的合理性被肯定。教师应该培养学生的批判思维能力,并通过终身学习赢得学生持续的尊重。在不得已的情况下,教师可借助必要的强制让学生服从合理的规则,并通过以身作则和感情投入让学生心悦诚服地接受。 Teachers’authority can be divided into rational authority and scaffold authority.Rational authority is characterized by equality and temporariness,and scaffold authority,by coercion and temporariness.Scaffold authority can be divided into explicit one and implicit one,and each can lead to rational authority.The usually so-called teacher appearance is sublated and the rationality of temporariness is affirmed.The teachers should cultivate the students’critical thinking ability,and win the continuous respect of the students by means of lifelong learning.In the case of necessity,teachers can make students obey reasonable rules by means of necessary compulsion,and make students accept them with pleasure and sincerity by the teachers’example and emotional input.
