TDCS/CTC运输调度指挥中心系统是全局调度指挥的核心,其可用性直接影响到调度指挥的效率。如果因其核心设备发生故障长时间停机,将会造成大面积列车调度系统瘫痪,对运输秩序造成严重影响。为解决以上问题,研究设置TDCS/CTC运输调度指挥中心的应急备用子系统。

TDCS/CTC train operation dispatching command system is the core of the whole railway administration dispatching command,and its availability directly aff ects the effi ciency of dispatching command.If its core equipment is shut down for a long tme due to any failure,it will cause a mass range of breakdown of the dispatching system and there will be a serious impact on the transportation order.In order to solve the above problems,the setting of emergency standby subsystem of TDCS/CTC train operation dispatching command center is studied.
