摘要
随着智能手机的普及,基于此的个人自媒体得到了飞速的发展,成为传播领域不可忽视的重要途径。新的媒体时代已经走来,媒体素养和家校合作素养均成为教师专业素养不可或缺的重要内涵。伴随着媒体发展的不断迭代和变化,在传统媒体时代惯常的教师家校合作工作面临新问题,迎来新挑战。基于上海市基础教育阶段1656名公办教师的大样本调查表明,教师新媒体素养在生活中被信息化裹挟而习得,学校及有关教育部门亟待加强教师新媒体素养提升的专业培训。
With the popularity of smart phones,personal self-media has developed rapidly,which has become an important way that can not be ignored in the field of communication.In the new era of media,media quality and family-school cooperative literacy have both become the indispensable important connotation for teachers’professional competency.With the constant change in the generation of media,the traditional cooperation between families and schools faces new challenges and new problems.A survey of 1656 professional teachers in basic education reveals that teachers’literacy of new media has been acquired in life by the coercion of information,in which schools and educational departments concerned need urgently to strengthen the professional training of teachers’new media literacy.
