“核心素养”理念下校本课程体系的建构与开发——以江阴高新区长山中心小学为例 被引量:2

摘要 “核心素养”的培养是教育部对学校教育的基本要求之一。在学校教育中,要把培养“全面发展的人”作为核心目标,通过多种方式和手段促进目标的达成。江阴高新区长山中心小学根据当前课改对课程结构的要求,始终围绕着“核心素养”这一目标,从特色校本课程目标的确立,到特色校本课程体系的建立,再到特色校本课程的实施,积极开发、实施适合学生核心素养发展、促进教师能力提升的校本课程,并融入了学校的核心文化“涵容、坚毅、智慧、创新”,初步形成了具有“长江文化”特色的校本课程体系,为学生的成长与发展夯实基础。 Cultivation of the core accomplishments is the basic requirement of the Ministry of Education for school education.The core goal of school education is to cultivate the whole person,which can be achieved by various ways and means.According to the demands of curriculum reform,our school revolves around the goal of core accomplishments to positively develop and implement the school-based curricula which are fi t for students’development and can improve teachers’competence by means of establishing special school-based curricular goals,constructing the system,and implementing characteristic school-based curriculum.Meanwhile,the school-based curriculum incorporates the core culture of school including tolerance,perseverance,wisdom and innovation,gradually forming the school-based curriculum system with the characteristics of“the Yangtze River culture”and laying a solid foundation for students’growth and development.
