摘要
追寻语文名师基质有利于破译名师的成长密码,反思检讨自我的职业选择,递升语文教育教学境界。追寻语文名师基质是语文教师专业发展的必要选择,更是语文教师全面发展的核心路径。但因语文教师发展普遍存在内在动力不足、理念导向不明、路径模糊不清等问题,对此拟从研究形式的选择、研究思路的确定以及研究成果的展示等角度进行具体化阐释,以期促进年轻语文教师在系统探寻与全面把握语文名师基质的基础上,获得有效的专业提升与健康的职业成长。
Seeking the essence of Chinese famous teachers is conducive to decoding their growth,reflecting on their own professional selection and improving the realm of Chinese education,which is the necessary selection for teachers’professional development as well as the core path of their well-rounded development.Yet,there still exist some problems with teachers’development such as insufficient internal motivation,unclear idea orientation,and opaque paths.To solve these problems,this paper plans to select the forms of research,decide on the thread of study and display the results of research,hoping to promote their professional development in an effective and healthy way on the basis of systematic exploration and grasping the essence of Chinese famous teachers.
