激光拉曼散射光谱在结晶糖分析中的应用

Application of Laser Raman Scattering Spectroscopy to the Analysis of Crystallized Sugar

本论文以LRS—Ⅲ型激光拉曼/荧光光谱仪为对象研究其在结晶糖分析中的应用。激光拉曼光谱仪可以检测出组份的微小差异。研究发现样品1中高含糖量和含有钠元素均能降低拉曼散射强度;实验所用的样品5和样品3具有很高的相似度,它们的组成很接近,而样品4的拉曼散射谱线与两种冰糖的相关度相对较低,谱线相差较大,说明样品4的成分是最复杂的。

The application of LRS-Ⅲlaser Raman/fluorescence spectrometer in the analysis of crystalline sugar was studied.Laser Raman spectrometer can detect the slight difference of components.It is found that both the high sugar content and the sodium content in sample 1 can reduce the Raman scattering intensity,and the sample 5 and the sample used in the experiment have a high similarity and their composition is very close,while the Raman scattering spectrum of sample 4 is relatively low with the correlation between the two kinds of ice sugar,and the spectral line is quite different,which indicates that the composition of sample 4 is the most complex.
