11种杀菌剂对菊果胶杆菌抑菌效果的研究

摘要 采用纸片法,以魔芋软腐病中的菊果胶杆菌作为供试菌,研究11种杀菌剂的抑菌效果。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌、盐酸吗啉胍、硫酸链霉素、中生菌素这4种杀菌剂的抑菌效果极显著,平均抑菌圈直径分别达3.35 cm、2.78 cm、2.48 cm和2.09 cm,而噻菌铜、四霉素等7种杀菌剂抑菌效果较差。将抑菌效果较好的4种杀菌剂采用2倍稀释法稀释后进行最低抑菌浓度测试,结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌2倍、4倍稀释液,盐酸吗啉胍2倍稀释液,硫酸链霉素2倍稀释液均有显著的抑菌效果,其MIC值分别为2.0875×10^4 cfu·mL^-1、0.1044μg·mL^-1、0.0313μg·mL^-1,而中生菌素稀释后抑菌效果大幅降低,与对照无显著差异,其MIC值为0.4163μg·mL^-1。菊果胶杆菌对枯草芽孢杆菌最为敏感,盐酸吗啉胍和硫酸链霉素次之,中生菌素敏感性较弱。 The bacteriostasis effect of 11 kinds of bactericides is studied by using Paper Disk Method with P.Chrysanthemi in konjac soft rot disease used as the test fungus.Result shows that the bacteriostasis effect of Bacillus Subtilis,Moroxydine Hydrochloride,Streptomycin Sulfate and Zhongshengmycin is very significant with the average diameters of bacteriostatic ringing up to 3.35 cm,2.78 cm,2.48 cm and 2.09 cm respectively,and that 7 bactericides such as Thiediazole Copper,Tetramycin and others have poor bacteriostatic effect.Minimum inhibitory concentration of four bactericides with better bacteriostasis is tested after dilution by double dilution method.The results show that 2-fold and 4-fold dilutions of Bacillus Subtilis,2-fold dilutions of Moroxydine Hydrochloride,2-fold dilutions of Streptomycin Sulfate have significant bacteriostatic effects.The MIC values are 2.0875×10^4 cfu·mL^-1,0.1044μg·mL^-1 and 0.0313μg·mL^-1 respectively.However,the bacteriostasis effect of Zhongshengmycin is significantly reduced after dilution and its MIC value is 0.4163μg·mL^-1.P.Chrysanthemi is most sensitive to Bacillus Subtilis,followed by Moroxydine Hydrochloride and Streptomycin Sulfate,and less sensitive to Zhongshengmycin.
