Measures for Improving the Learning Ability of Party Members and Cadres at Colleges and Universities

学习是影响“国运”的隐性杠杆,也是党员干部成长的秘密武器。高校党员干部学习存在的问题主要分为四种类型:不负责任的忽视学习、应付式的被动学习、碎片化的肤浅学习、感性的选择性学习,这都与建设学习型党组织的要求格格不入。高校党员干部应该通过提高学习本领、内生学习动力、把学习当作一种生活方式、建构学习共同体、述而且作来提高学习力。

Learning is a hidden factor that affects the“state destiny”and a secret weapon for the growth of Party members and cadres.The problems existing in the study of Party members and cadres in colleges and universities fall into four main types:neglect of study,passive study,fragmentary study and selective study,which all run counter to the requirement of building a learning party.Party members and cadres in colleges and universities should improve their learning ability by acquiring learning skills,motivating themselves in learning,regarding learning as a way of life,constructing a learning community,and“practicing what they preach”.
