东北九省流通券长春本票的票面设计及版别研究

解放时期吉林省的长春地区曾经流通过一种特殊的货币——东北九省流通券长春本票。它的流通是从1948年5月到10月,虽然只有不到半年时间,但是发行的版别众多,面值多样,面额惊人。这种将中央银行长春分行本票作为现钞直接参与流通的货币是在解放战争末期共产党将国民党围困长春的历史环境下所产生的,是国民党应对日益增加的军费开支而在没有任何准备金的情况下制作流通的。长春本票是中国货币历史上的怪胎,它引起了严重的通货膨胀,加重了百姓的困苦生活,其发行时间、票面设计及版别等情况的考证也为揭开当时的通胀演进及历史面纱提供了具体的资料。

During the liberation period,the Changchun area of Jilin Province used to circulated a special currency,known as the Changchun promissory note of northeast nine provinces circulating voucher.Its circulation time was from May to October 1948,although it was less than half a year,the editions were numerous,the face value was varied,and the denomination was huge.This kind of currency,which directly participates in the circulation of notes by the Changchun Branch of the Central Bank,came into being in the historical environment in which the Communist Party besieged Changchun at the end of the Liberation War.It was made and circulated by the Kuomintang in response to the increasing military expenditure without any reserve.Changchun promissory note is a monster in the history of Chinese currency.It caused serious inflation and aggravated the people's hard life.The textual research on its issuance time,face design and edition also provided in-depth and specific information for uncovering the evolution of inflation and historical veil at that time.
