临床护理路径对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能状况与生活状态的影响

Effect of clinical nursing pathway on pulmonary function status and living status in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

目的探讨临床护理路径对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能状况及生活状态的影响效果。方法选取2015年1月至2019年1月于我院收治的老年COPD患者480例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受临床护理路径。比较两组患者的肺功能状况及生活状态。结果观察组肺功能状况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活状态评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在老年COPD中的应用,能促进患者肺功能恢复,改善其生活状态。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on pulmonary function status and living status in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods To select 480 cases of elderly patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was received routine nursing and the observation group was received clinical nursing pathway.The lung function status and living status of the two groups were compared.Results The lung function status in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of living status in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with COPD could promote the recovery of lung function and improve their living conditions.
