图谱法康复锻炼对膝关节周围骨折术后疼痛、肿胀及膝关节功能恢复的影响

Effect of atlas method rehabilitation exercise on postoperative pain,swelling and recovery of knee joint function after periarticular fracture of knee joint

目的探讨图谱法康复锻炼对膝关节周围骨折术后疼痛、肿胀及膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2017年12月我院收治的86例择期膝关节周围骨折手术患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施图谱法康复锻炼。比较两组患者术后疼痛、肿胀评分及膝关节功能量表(AKS)评分和骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分。结果观察组患者疼痛、肿胀评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者膝关节AKS高于对照组,WOMAC评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节周围骨折术后患者应用图谱法康复锻炼,可有效缓解肢体疼痛和肿胀,恢复膝关节功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of atlas method rehabilitation exercise on postoperative pain,swelling and recovery of knee joint function after periarticular fracture of knee joint.Methods To select 86 cases of patients with elective periarticular fracture of knee joint admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 as a study object.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group was given atlas method rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.Postoperative pain score,swelling score,American knee society(AKS)score and the western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pain and swelling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AKS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the WOMAC score was lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atlas method rehabilitation exercise after the operation of periarticular fracture of knee joint could effectively relieve limb pain and swelling and restore knee function,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
