针对性护理干预对结肠造口患者心理状态改善的效果观察

Effect observation of targeted nursing intervention on improvement of psychological state of patients undergoing colostomy

目的探讨针对性护理干预对结肠造口术后患者心理状态改善的效果观察。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月我院收治的84例结肠造口患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予针对性护理干预。比较两组患者心理状态改善情况及治疗依从性。结果干预前,两组症状自评量表(SCL-90)各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后各项评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预可改善结肠造口患者心理症状,消除其负性情绪,提高治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect observation of targeted nursing intervention on improvement of psychological state of patients after undergoing colostomy.Methods To select 84 cases of patients with colostomy admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 as a study object.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was used routine nursing and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention base on the routine nursing.The improvement of psychological status and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the all scores of symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)between the two groups(P>0.05).The all scores after intervention were lower than before the intervention,and which of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention could improve the psychological symptoms of colostomy patients,eliminate their negative emotions and improve treatment compliance.
