基于行动导向健康模式下的护理干预对永久性输尿管腹壁皮肤造口术后患者的影响

Effect of nursing intervention based on action-oriented health model of patients with permanent ureteral abdominal wall ostomy

目的分析基于行动导向健康模式下的护理干预对永久性输尿管腹壁皮肤造口术后患者自护能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月收治的41例永久性输尿管腹壁皮肤造口患者,随机将其分为研究组21例和对照组20例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于行动导向健康模式下的护理干预。比较两组患者自护能力和生活质量。结果研究组患者自护能力和生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于行动导向健康模式下的护理干预应用于永久性腹壁皮肤造口术后患者,可增强其自护能力,减少并发症发生,提升其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of nursing interventions based on action-oriented health models on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with permanent ureteral abdominal wall ostomy.Methods We selected 41 patients with permanent ureteral abdominal wall ostomy admitted from January 2015 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into study group(21 cases)and control group(20 cases).The control group was received routine nursing.The nursing intervention based on action-oriented health mode was given the study group.The self-care ability and quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The self-care ability and quality of life score in the study group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on action-oriented health model could be applied to patients with permanent abdominal wall ostomy,which could enhance their self-care ability,reduce complications and improve their quality of life.
