JCI思维下的PDCA循环对ICU中心静脉置管非计划性拔管及护理质量的影响

Effect of PDCA cycle under JCI thinking on unplanned extubation and quality of nursing in central venous catheterization of ICU

目的探讨基于JCI思维的PDCA循环对ICU中心静脉置管患者的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月我院ICU收治的中心静脉置管患者78例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于JCI思维下的PDCA循环管理。比较两组患者非计划性拔管发生率及护理质量。结果观察组非计划性拔管发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组置管操作、置管维护、健康宣教、护理态度方面的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于JCI思维的PDCA循环在ICU中心静脉置管患者中的应用,可减少非计划性拔管事件发生,改进护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle based on JCI thinking on patients with ICU central venous catheterization.Methods We selected 78 cases of patients with central venous catheterization admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 as a study object.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The PDCA cycle management under JCI thinking was used in the observation group.The incidence of unplanned extubation and the quality of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of unplanned extubation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of catheterization operation,tube maintenance,health education,and nursing attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the PDCA cycle based on JCI thinking in patients with central venous catheterization in the ICU could reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation and improve the quality of nursing.
