卫星通信网无线电频率使用率评价浅析

Research on Evaluation Method of Spectrum Efficiency of Satellite Communication Systems

卫星通信网是卫星固定业务、卫星广播业务、卫星移动业务实际组网应用的载体。按照《无线电频率使用率要求及核查管理暂行规定》中提出的频段占用度、区域覆盖率和用户承载率三项指标,结合我国卫星通信网目前的应用现状,对评价这三项指标的方法进行了初步研究和探索。

The Satellite Communication Systems have already been important styles for FSS,BSS and MSS applications.According to the Regulation of Radio Frequency Utilization Requirement and Verification Management published in 2017,the spectrum occupancy,the rate of coverage area and the rate of user capacity should be satisfied with the requirement value.The method and algorithm of the spectrum occupancy,the rate of coverage area and the rate of user capacity are explored and researched to adapt to the application of the satellite communication systems in China.Meantime,the critical issues concerned in practice are mentioned and analyzed to much extent.
