摘要
温度是衡量减振器在不同工况下安全状态的重要指标,研究减振器温度变化规律对减振器的散热性能设计具有重要意义。在CFD软件FLUENT中建立某减振器油液动网格模型,模拟了活塞周期性运动以及补偿阀的单向流通,仿真得到减振器油液的瞬态温度场。仿真结果表明,减振器底阀区域和活塞区域温度上升明显,减振器温度由内向外扩散,减振器达到热平衡状态。随后进行了减振器热平衡温度台架试验,仿真结果与试验结果较为吻合。
Temperature is an important index to measure the safety state of shock absorber under different working conditions.The research on the temperature variation law of shock absorber is significant for the design of heat dissipation performance.On the CFD software FLUENT,established the moving gird model of one shock absorber,simulated the one-way flow of compensation valve and the periodic motion of piston,the temperature field of the oil is obtained.The simulating results show that the shock absorber’s temperature is rising,the temperature change is even more pronounced in the piston areas and compensation valve areas assembly.Diffusion spreads from inner areas to outer areas.The bench test of thermal equilibrium of shock absorber is carried out.The consequences show the simulating results accord with experimental results.
