Application of dynamic monitoring technology for construction progress of Zunggeru Hydropower Station in Nigeria

为监控项目进度,大型土木工程建设项目通常由专业人员采用专业项目管理软件,每月末在固定时间输入当月生产数据更新项目进度。这种定时录入的方法时效性差。对此,本文介绍一种基于生产日报数据分析的项目进度动态监控技术,利用Excel软件开发系统,实现数据输入、存储、分析和可视化输出,最大程度简化操作并实时掌握进度状态。这一技术在尼日利亚宗格鲁水电站项目管理中首创并成功应用。

Professionals in large civil construction projects usually adopt professional project management software and input monthly production data at a fixed time to update the project progress in order to monitor the project progress.The method of timing input has poor timeliness.Therefore,a project progress dynamic monitoring technology based on production daily data analysis is introduced in the paper.Data input,storage,analysis and visual output can be realized by using Excel software development system,and the operation can be simplified to the greatest extent and the progress status can be mastered in real time.The technology is firstly used in the project management of Zunggeru Hydropower Station in Nigeria.
