摘要
汽车发动机前端附件驱动系统的动力学特性直接影响汽车的噪声、振动,进而影响汽车的舒适性和安全性。通过轮系仿真计算及性能对比测试,发现发电机皮带轮对前端轮系的可靠性及振动噪声影响较大。对不同发电机减振皮带轮的结构特点及性能差异进行详细分析,通过综合对比得出采用OAD结构的减振皮带轮,本身可靠性更高,更能提高前端轮系的可靠性,为提高前端轮系可靠性及减振降噪提供依据。
The dynamic characteristics of an automobile engine front-end accessory drive(FEAD)system directly affect the vibration and noise of the automobile and then affect the comfort and safety of the automobile.The FEAD simulation and performance comparison analysis showed that the generator had a great influence on the reliability and vibration and noise of the FEAD system.Then the structural characteristics and performance of different alternator vibration pulleys were analyzed and compared.The result showed that the pulley with overrunning alternator decoupler was better for the reliability of the FEAD system.This provides a basis for the improvement of the reliability as well as the vibration and noise reduction of a FEAD system.
