摘要
为了探索适应红醋栗快速繁殖方式及其应用技术,本研究以红醋栗为研究对象,从分株繁殖、基质扦插繁殖、压条繁殖以及组织培养四个方面,探讨红醋栗无性繁殖关键技术。结果表明:红醋栗最佳的无性繁殖方式为基质扦插和压条繁殖。在辽西地区,红醋栗嫩枝扦插和硬枝扦插适宜基质为鲜河沙,插穗长度15~20 cm,生根剂为“甘霖1号”;生根剂较佳处理10 s,适宜扦插时间分别为6月下旬至7月初和4月上中旬;压条繁殖适宜在早春芽萌动前进行。利用1/4“甘霖1号”生根剂原液处理的红醋栗枝条,繁殖苗综合质量较好,成活率为97.55%。
In order to explore the rapid propagation method and its application technology of red currant,This study uses red currant as the research object,and discusses key techniques of vegetative propagation of red currant from the aspects of ramets propagation,matrix cutting propagation,layering propagation and tissue culture.The results showed:the best asexual reproduction of red currant are matrix cutting propagation and layering propagation,the matrix of red currant twig cutting and hard branch cutting are fresh river sand,the length of cuttings is 15-20cm,the rooting agent selected"Ganlin No.1"rooting agent,the treatment time is 10s.The cutting time is from late June to early July and mid-April.The bead propagation takes place before the sprouting of the early spring buds.with 1/4"Ganlin No.1"rooting agent treating the stock of red currants,The comprehensive quality of breeding seedlings was good,and the survival rate was 97.55%.
