摘要
为保证4寸陶瓷基板的运输定位精度,设计了一种校正装置,并提出一种通过机器人的辅助搬运来消除偏差的校正方案。该方法可以有效地消除陶瓷基板在料盒中的放置偏差,有助于提高4寸陶瓷基板在运输后的定位精度。
In order to ensure the transportation positioning accuracy of the 4-inch ceramic substrate,a correction structure is designed,and a correction scheme for eliminating the deviation by the auxiliary handling of the robot is proposed.The method can effectively eliminate the placement deviation of the ceramic substrate in the cartridge.Helps improve the positioning accuracy of 4-inch ceramic substrates after transportation.
