摘要
针对通用飞机维修难度大、停机损失多的特点,建立了通用飞机预防性机会成组维修模型。采用役龄回退因子描述不完全维修中部件故障率的变化情况,以可靠度为基础,分析各部件预防性维修间隔期。提出用可靠度区间代表机会维修区间的方法,以总节省费用最大为目标函数,可靠度为约束条件,建立机会成组维修模型。最后,通过通用飞机发动机具体实例计算得到如下结论:根据维修间隔期确定机会成组维修策略能够有效地节省系统预防性总维修费用,在选择维修区间时,应根据实际部件维修要求确定合适的维修区间。
Aiming at the difficulty of general aircraft maintenance and the loss of downtime,a general aircraft preventive opportunity group maintenance model is established.The service age fallback factor is used to describe the change of component failure rate in incomplete maintenance.Based on the reliability,the preventive maintenance interval of each component is analyzed.A method of representing the opportunity maintenance interval by using the reliability interval is proposed.The maximum cost savings is the objective function and the reliability is the constraint condition.The opportunity group maintenance model is established.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained from the general aircraft engine specific example:determining the opportunity group maintenance strategy according to the maintenance interval can effectively save the system preventive total maintenance cost.When selecting the maintenance interval,the appropriate maintenance interval should be determined according to the actual component maintenance requirements.
