Influence of Technological Parameters of Scrubbing Rod on Its Performance

擦洗杆是火炮身管内膛清洗系统的核心部件,其强度与重量直接影响到清洗系统能否正常对火炮身管进行清洗。根据设计要求,研究擦洗杆的工艺参数(擦洗杆的材料、直径、壁厚)对擦洗杆抗变形能力及重量的影响。通过正交试验的方法设置几组参数模型,分别测量每组参数模型的重量,并基于ANSYS软件对擦洗杆进行静力学分析。通过分析对比,得到在满足强度要求的基础上重量最小的参数模型方案,使清洗系统的结构更加合理,也为未来的清洗装置设计提供一些理论依据和参考。

The scrubbing rod is the core component of the internal cleaning system of the gun barrel.Its strength and weight directly affect whether the cleaning system can properly clean the gun barrel.According to the design requirements,the influence of the process parameters of the scrubbing rod(material,diameter,wall thickness of the scrubbing rod)on the deformation resistance and weight of the scrubbing rod is studied.Several sets of parametric models are set by orthogonal test method,and the weight of each set of models is measured separately,the static analysis of the scrubbing rod is based on ANSYS software.Through analysis and comparison,the parameter model scheme with the smallest weight on the basis of meeting the strength requirement is obtained,which makes the structure of the cleaning system more reasonable,and provides some theoretical basis and reference for the future cleaning device design.
