某型号飞机套筒类零件铣具优化设计

摘要 以夹具的合理性、经济性、安全性为优化目标,提出了对某型号飞机套筒类零件铣具结构优化设计的方法。首先定量计算加工中铣具的载荷分布,接着基于有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行静力学分析,最后应用拓扑优化模块实现轻量化设计。在满足使用要求的前提下铣具的质量减少了19.8%,降低了制造成本的同时提升了设计效率。本研究结果可为其他类夹具的优化设计提供一定的理论参考。 Taking the rationality,economy and safety of the fixture as the optimization goal,the method of optimizing the design of the milling tool structure of a certain type of aircraft Sleeve parts is proposed.Firstly,the load distribution of the milling tool in the machining is quantitatively calculated,and then the static analysis is performed based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.Finally,the topology optimization module is applied to realize lightweight design.The quality of the milling tool was reduced by 19.8%under the premise of meeting the use requirements,which reduced the manufacturing cost and improved the design efficiency.The results of this study can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization design of other types of fixtures.
