CDC16捣固车车轮温度场与应力场分析

摘要 研究了23 t轴重的道路捣固车在制动条件下车轮的瞬态温度和应力变化情况,建立CDC16捣固车车轮(以下称“车轮”)的三维有限元模型,分析了车轮的温度场。采用间接耦合法将温度场的模拟结果转换成热载荷,建立热载荷与时间的对应关系,进行了热应力场的动态模拟,同时对直线制动和曲线制动两种工况进行应力分析,并与直线工况和曲线工况下的机械载荷进行耦合分析。分析结果表明:两种制动工况下的应力在运行工况应力基础上与制动热应力进行了叠加,在制动阶段车轮温度迅速上升且衰减缓慢。 In this paper,the transient temperature and stress changes of the wheel of a 23t axle weight road tamping vehicle under braking conditions are studied,the three-dimensional finite element model of the CDC16 tamping wheel(hereinafter referred to as“wheel”)is established,and the temperature of the wheel is analyzed field.The indirect coupling method is used to convert the simulation results of temperature field into thermal load,and the corresponding relationship between thermal load and time is established.The dynamic simulation of thermal stress field is carried out.At the same time,stress analysis is carried out for both linear braking and curve braking,and coupled with mechanical loads under linear and curved conditions.The results show that the stress and braking thermal stress of the two braking conditions are superimposed on the basis of the operating stress,and the wheel temperature rises rapidly and the attenuation is slow during the braking phase.
