摘要 针对滚珠丝杠副磨损失效问题,使用建模软件SolidWorks建立滚珠丝杠副三维模型,基于有限元软件ANSYS进行应力应变分析。分析结果表明:滚珠接触应力大于螺母与丝杠滚道的应力,滚珠应变大于螺母与丝杠滚道的应变;通过磨损分析发现,滚珠磨损量大于丝杠与螺母滚道的磨损量。该结论对滚珠丝杠副的结构设计与修复具有一定的参考价值。 Aiming at the problem of wear failure of ball screw pair,a three-dimensional model of ball screw pair is established by using modeling software SolidWorks,and stress-strain analysis is carried out based on finite element software ANSYS.It is concluded that the contact stress of ball is greater than that of nut and screw raceway,and the strain of ball is greater than that of nut and screw raceway.Through wear analysis,it is concluded that the wear of ball is greater than that of screw and nut raceway.This conclusion has certain reference value for the structural design and repair of the ball screw pair.
