摘要 对某一型号液压挖掘机的电液比例位置控制系统进行了研究。介绍了系统的组成及工作原理;建立了系统组成部分的传递函数,并通过计算、简化最终获得了整个系统的数学模型;利用MATLAB软件设计了连续型PID和离散型的增量式PID对系统进行校正分析;对影响系统性能的参数进行优化,为提高系统的动态性能提供了理论依据。 The electro-hydraulic proportional position control system of a certain type of hydraulic excavator was studied.The composition and working principle of the system are introduced.The transfer function of the system components is established,and the mathematical model of the whole system is obtained through calculation and simplification.Using MATLAB software to design a continuous PID and discrete incremental PID to correct the system analysis.Optimizing the parameters affecting system performance provides a theoretical basis for improving the dynamic performance of the system.
