摘要
针对当前民航传统曲柄连杆机构除冰往复泵存在的脉动、冲击等问题,设计了一种新型双面凹槽凸轮除冰供液泵。凸轮是该新型泵的核心驱动机构,双面开设凹槽,去除了传统的复位框架,简化了结构;两面凹槽呈90°相位分布,可使各缸流量耦合,实现系统的恒流量输出。活塞杆运动采用摆线规律,消除了冲击。运用解析法求得凹槽轮廓曲线方程,并对主要承载部件进行了设计。该新型泵结构简单,具有优良的输送性能。
Aiming at the problems of pulsation and impact of the deicing reciprocating pump of the traditional crank-link mechanism of civil aviation,a new double-sided groove cam deicing liquid supply pump was designed.The cam is the core drive mechanism of the new pump,and the groove is opened on both sides,which removes the traditional reset frame and simplifies the structure;The two grooves have a phase distribution of 90°,which can couple the flow of each cylinder to achieve constant flow output of the system.The piston rod movement adopts a cycloidal rule to eliminate the impact.The analytic method is used to obtain the equation of the groove contour curve,and the main bearing parts are designed.The new pump has a simple structure and excellent conveying performance.
